The Magnolia House/Historic District/Jefferson, GA is the perfect place for your relaxing getaway! Beautifully renovated, but built in 1902, it has all the conveniences to host your stay, including vintage serving ware, punch bowls, China sets etc. One queen Murphy bed is on main level with an adjacent full bathroom. Three large bedrooms are upstairs, each with 2 queen beds. There are also 2 full bathrooms upstairs with showers only (no bathtubs in the house). Some dogs are welcome @ $100 each.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

We added all the modern conveniences, maximized living space with an open floor plan and furnished with all new stainless-steel appliances, while at the same time preserved the charm of the home and restored original pieces like the home’s clawfoot tub, original hard-wood floors and shiplap walls.

Conveniently located across the street from the Braselton Civic Center, less than one mile from the Braselton Event Center and Hoschton Train Depot for wedding parties.
