The yard slopes down to a seating area and sea wall for shore fishing and ramp access for kayaks and canoes along this calm four mile section from Black River to Watertown which follows the Black River Trail. We are located next to a gift shop, across the street from two restaurants and a diner and the public lakefront Park and new access point is also across the street and about a 3 minute walk to public fishing and more! Small back deck, Wi-Fi, small mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Just 15 minutes or so to the thousand islands and located in the heart of outstanding fishing and boating!
