This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. Spacious back deck. This is a pet friendly home. New fenced in back yard. All new flooring. New paved driveway. New larger firepit. It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.

There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. A sweet spot right on the lake/river in the heart of the far north Ny! Great space for a couple or single, whether for a long term stay or a short vacation! A good fit for elderly guests with the handicap whirlpool and 4’ shower. The main bedroom is on the first floor! There are also two private bedrooms upstairs. Amenities include WiFi, Ethernet, 58” Tv, full stainless kitchen with double oven, ice maker, and dishwasher! Swedish massage chair, kayaks, and more!

Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.
