Enjoy this unique 1 bedroom/2 bed , 1.5 bath A Frame on the Chocolay River approximately 5 miles from downtown Marquette, just off of HWY M-28. Expect traffic noise. It has aQ bed upstairs with an attached full bath with shower/no tub and a Full size sofa/futon downstairs with a half bath on the main floor. There is a narrow spiral stairway leading upstairs. The washer and dryer and electric sauna are located in the basement which has an outdoor entrance only, accessible by the outdoor stairs.

We recently added a gas/charcoal grill and updated the seating areas. We will continue to work on improving this home and hope to have a bar & grill and storage built in the back yard and available for next year.
