Support reading and writing with your stay inside our literary arts center. Our one bedroom apartment includes a kitchen, bathroom and work space. Guests enjoy access to our wrap around porch, gardens, and the salon when it is not in use. Our salon hosts workshops and readings, and provides information on the latest literary happenings in Iowa City, a Unesco City of Literature. We are a five minute walk from downtown. Free parking and a private entrance is available in the back.

The Milk House at Lucky Star Farm

The Milk House is a unique space located in the countryside, between Iowa City and Kalona. This 700 square foot home has ample parking and room for four adults. Two living areas include: queen bed, large flatscreen tv and fireplace. The newly remodeled full kitchenette features a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, washer/dryer, coffee bar and sink.

Centrally located, near a bus stop, bike trails and shopping, this spacious condo has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and an extra guest sofa bed downstairs. A dedicated workspace allows you to work away from home. Relax on the outside deck or sit down in front of the 65" inch TV to watch your favorite streaming service. In the morning, enjoy the fully equipped coffee station. A washer and dryer are located downstairs, as well as a two car garage.
