The wonderfully remodeled home based on 55 acres overlooking mature trees and a large pond. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. Laundry is available to use as well. Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking enjoyment and a gas grill is offered as well to use. This house is perfect for families, small groups, or business trips. Situated just 20 minutes from Des Moines airport, and 25 minutes from downtown Des Moines, you will be able to experience the quiet and beautiful scenery to enjoy.

This space features private entry, a comfortable king bed/large bedroom and an extra single bed plus a 2nd single mattress option available on request. Charming Bungalow in a Great Location!

This 1910 PET FRIENDLY bungalow is full of charm and unique art. Just a couple of blocks to the town square for restaurants and shopping. In the summer you will enjoy the quaint front porch and backyard patio full of colorful flowers nice for outdoor dining. The fenced backyard is perfect for bringing your dog. Small dogs 25 pounds and under require a one time $50 pet fee and dogs larger than that are up for discussion. Parties and gatherings are not allowed without permission and $100 fee.

Historic Lustron Home near Indianola Square

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Walking distance to restaurants, brewery, and bars on Indianola's historic square, and Simpson College. (Lustron homes are prefabricated enameled steel homes built post WWII and ended production in 1950. Very few are still in existence that are in near original condition, like this home.)
