You are just literal minutes walking to the majority of our favorite things to do in the city. This house is located in historic Fletcher Place, sandwiched directly between Fountain Square and downtown.

Beautiful freshly remodeled home in the heart of historic Bates Hendricks neighborhood very close to downtown Indy and Fountain Square nightlife. Super comfortable home with huge sectional sofa downstairs as well as nice lounge area upstairs in common area. Outside features biggest lot in the neighborhood with swing in English garden as well as deck with hottub. Full laundry on main floor as well as 3 brand new full baths covered in stylish tile. Feel as comfortable as at home while away.

We are so excited to share our historic home with you! We are minutes from downtown and walking distance to great restaurants, a brewery, coffee shop and ice cream shop. One of our favorite spaces is the front porch, it's a great place to relax! If you head out back you can enjoy our hot tub and fire pit. Our home has lots of character but please remember, it's very old! : ) The house has some squeaks and the floors show wear but we think you will find it a great place to create memories!
