Pineapple Bluff is a quaint historic cottage overlooking the Indian River. Abundant Florida wildlife including dolphins, manatees, and an assortment of aquatic birds are common sights from the dock. Only one mile south of Historic Downtown Melbourne, with its shopping, restaurants, and night life, and 3.5 miles to the beach, the location is perfectly situated to take in all the sites of the Space Coast.

The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

Bring your fishing pole and sit out on the dock to fish or watch the fish jump or the manatees or the occasional dolphin!
