Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in Tungelsta – just 30 minutes from Stockholm. Here, you'll stay next to the forest, with easy access to the Sörmlandsleden trail and beautiful hiking paths. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Även laddbox till elbil finns mot en kostnad per kilowattimme. Den mesta belysningen är dimbar. En uteplats på en veranda under tak är tillgänglig.

Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet

My little home is perfect for couples but has easily space for 4 guests. Two entrances, efficient storage and modern amenities make use of every square-meter - everything is just at reach of a hand.

Private villa in charming area 3 km frm Södermalm

In the heart of Gamla Enskede you find our spacious villa with room for the big family. 5 bedrooms upstairs of which one has a double bed. Just 5 minutes walk from the subway and 3 km to Södermalm. Local bakery and restaurants just 150 meters from the house. Prior to summer 2025 we upgraded the house with a private 6x3 m tempered pool in the sunny backside.

If you are looking for a very central and comfortable place to stay in Stockholm and want to be flexible with extra beds and privacy, this is it. We have a guest apartment with a good bathroom and kitchenette on the central island "Kungsholmen". The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there's an elevator/lift. Perfect for both shorter and longer stays.
