Cosy studio in garden with private entrance for 2 guests. We provide a king-size bed & separate shower-room. Outside is a private patio area. We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

Local beaches & mainline railway connections within 10 min drive. Market towns of Lymington, Christchurch & New Milton nearby. 25 min drive of Bournemouth.

Rural Self Contained Farm Annex

Beautiful self contained annex surrounded by farmland situation in a quiet rural location close to the beach & The New Forest. 12 minutes by car to Lymington. Suitable for up to 2 adults. Well behaved dog welcome (Extra charge of £20 per stay) but not allowed upstairs. Large kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower, lounge & upstairs double bedroom (kingsize bed). Enclosed private shingle area outside complete with picnic table and bbq. Use of the field directly opposite annex for walking dog.

Cosy cottage for 2 central Lymington

Captains Retreat Cottage is a private one bedroom ( very comfy 6ft superking) cottage in the heart of Lymington. Free unlimited parking a few minutes walk away.The high street is 5 mins walk , lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and a museum. There is a very popular market on Saturdays. At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed plus two single beds if required, a bathroom, kitchen and 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi, TV& Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by. Book with our other units to sleep up to 8 guests.

Beautiful Apple court Annexe. Set in a rural idyll

Apple Court is our home with the self contained annex attached to the main house. You have your own garden which is both family and pet friendly, also access to the rest ornamental gardens during the day. We are just off the A337 10 minutes walk to Hordle shops or the Royal Oak pub, we are 5 minutes drive to a pebble beach or 15 minutes if you prefer sand. The open forest is also 15 minutes away just north of Sway. We are delighted to share our little piece of charm with you.
