The common space contains a large kitchen, lounge and dining area. Behind the house is an enclosed powered astrophotography site for you set up your telescopes.

The fenced-in yard has outdoor dining, hot tub, a fire pit, a horseshoe pit and stock tank pool at hand. Washer/dryer is available, projector TV and home has a minisplit for heating/cooling.
