The home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining at the table or counter for up to eight, and a spacious living room with 22 foot ceilings and large widows to bring in the natural light. This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe:)

This newly updated and spacious house has an open floor plan and inviting feel. Covered front and back decks allow guests to get outside and enjoy the private fenced in backyard with hot tub and newly added fire pit. Ten minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the back gate of Camp Lejuene. Plenty of beach shopping, restaurants and a grocery store close by.
