A beachfront studio unit sleeping 5 on the same large rural beachfront property as Penguins Retreat and Whitebait Cottage. The sleeping area of the large unit is divided into two so that the queen bed and the second area with another queen bed and single bed have visual privacy but the wall does not go to the ceiling We do not live on the property so this place suits independent travellers who have a car, wanting to spend time on a west coast beach. Only 3 minutes drive to Hokitika township.

Revell Street Cottage

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! A super cute and cosy 1930s cottage. Situated literally a stones throw from the beautiful Hokitika river and popular cycle trail. Only a mere 3 minutes stroll to witness Sunset Point's stunning sunsets! Soak up the picturesque views of the Southern Alps, Mount Cook and the untamed Hokitika beach. The CBD is a short 2 minutes walk where you can immerse yourself in local cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, craft galleries, copper, gold, glass and pounamu studios.

Relax in our 1 bedroom apartment with large open plan kitchen, dining & living area. Bedroom has a queen bed & also a single bed. Heat pump, gas powered hot water along with Sky TV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies and Wifi. Smart TV gives you access to online content as well as Netflix plus more. 50 inch Smart TV's in both the lounge and bedroom. 2 minute stroll to the Glowworm dell in one direction and the beach in the other direction. Old Bank Villa 7 Hamilton Street

Enhance your holiday and enjoy the comfort and class of yesteryear. This turn of the century villa has been thoughtfully and artistically restored. Modern handmade stained glass windows, unique furniture and original artworks elevate this historic bank managers home in central Hokitika. The building is split into two large, self-contained, two bedroom apartments with hotel quality linen on king and queen beds. Our modern 3 bed house is newly renovated, and a 5 minute walk to the centre of Hokitika where you can find all sorts of treasures, from a range of great cafes and Restaurants, to Pounamu (Greenstone or Jade), a movie theatre, and a range of very stylish shops, with everything from clothes, jewellery, souvenirs, flowers, and hardware. If you walk through town you can stroll right onto the beach, where you can sometimes spot seals, little blue penguins and other wildlife.

The Old Bakery

Newly renovated two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Hokitika, thoughtfully transformed from one of the town’s original bakeries. Just a 5–10 minute stroll to local restaurants and the beach. Equipped with an outdoor hot shower, camp style kitchen with running water. There is no power or wifi so you can enjoy the natural surroundings. So sit back and enjoy the glorious West Coast sunsets. Located only 3km from Hokitika town and beach and 3km from the airport.

Sunset Cabin

Our "cool little" cabin is a very small, detached, cozy, private bedroom looking out towards the rugged Tasman Sea. You will enjoy your own private space, comfortable queen bed, beautiful sunsets, beach access, free parking and the convenience of a 3 min beach walk to Hokitika town centre. Bathroom facilities are detached from cabin and shared with the guests in our other cabin. Our place is perfect for couples and solo adventurers.
