En helt unik perle af et lille charmerende hytte på ca. 19 m2 . Hytten ligger helt ugeneret, midt i et fantastisk naturområde , grænsende op til Odsherred Golfklubs baner (12 fairway ), Sommerland Sjælland Forlystelsespark, StreetFood 400 væk, Danmarks største pæle klatrebane. Ingen naboer i miles omkreds og man generes ikke af områdets mange muligheder. Her kan du/i virkelig finde ro og mange fantastiske naturoplevelser. Her er masser af vildt liv og gåstier. Welcome to Sejrø Bay. Our cozy summer house is located in a beautiful woodland area on a large natural plot, close to Tengslemark Beach. It’s a truly unique holiday home. The house is just a 5-minute walk from one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches, which is especially family-friendly – no stones and the water deepens gradually. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and picturesque. The summer house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very well-equipped, and features a south-facing terrace.

Unique Cottage, Private Beach, flex check-out L-S

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.

Summerhouse Rørvig - Skansehage Beach & family

Sommerhus i Rørvig i det eksklusive Skansehage. 3000 m2 naturgrund i det smukkeste lyng og natur landskab. 3. række til vandet med privat badebro. 100 meter til vandet på Kattegat siden og 400 meter til vandet til den rolige Skansehagebugt. Huset er beliggende idylisk og roligt 1.5 kilometer fra Rørvig havn hvor der er masser af liv og indkøbsmuligheder. Nyrenoveret Kalmar A-hus. Et super lækkert sommerhus til familien der skal på sommerferie eller en weekendtur ud af byen.

Nydningen

Nydningen finder sted på landet, fyldt med natur og god udsigt direkte ud over Arresø. Nydningen egner sig til en romantisk overnatning, til jer der sætter pris på en af de bedste solnedgange i Danmark Seperat og privat køkken og toilet/bad finder sted i seperat bygning, en kort gåtur fra hytten -Køkken indeholder ovn, komfur, køl, kaffemaskine, og i har det for jer selv) -Medbring selv sengelinned (eller tilkøb på stedet) -ingen wifi på stedet Følg os: nydningenarresoe

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Gæstehus på ugenert beliggenhed med sauna

Gæstehus på denne skønne beliggenhed tilbagetrukket fra veje og naboer kan naturen opleves på nærmeste hold med rigt fugle- og dyreliv, som har sin egen indgang, toilet/bad og sauna. Her er en renoveret bygning med synlige bjælker og hems som indbyder til rigtige hyggelige stunder med brændeovn. Gæstehuset ligger op ad den primære bolig hvor jeg selv bor, men privatlivet bliver respekteret. Der kan desværre ikke medtages hund.
