Car space in front of the house. No parties allowed. Public transport and grocery stores within walking distance. Ski resorts are reachable within 30 mins by car. The city of Zurich is reachable within 25 mins by car or 40 mins by public transportation.

Our recently renovated studio with lake view has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. The studio is great for single travelers, couples and small families (sleeps up to 3). Free parking is available next the studio. It's 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants, 2 mins walk to the bus, 10 mins walk to Richterswil train station. Richterswil is 27 mins with train/ 25km from Zürich main station.

Grosses Ferienhaus (Bödeli) direkt am Zürichsee

Das zweistöckige Ferienhaus besticht durch seine einmalige Lage direkt am Ufer des Zürichsee. Geniesse das Privileg, einen eigenen Seezugang zu haben. Der Blick auf den See ist bei jedem Wetter etwas Besonderes. Das Grundstück hat einen grosszügigen Umschwung und dadurch viel Grün. Das Holzhaus wurde 1934 als Sommerhaus erbaut. Es wurde im Jahr 2021 isoliert und modernisiert.

Meine Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Meter vom See entfernt in zweiter Reihe. Vom Sofa kannst man ein klein wenig Wasser sehen :-) Ich bewohne die Wohnung selbst und vermiete diese immer dann wenn ich selbst auf reisen bin. Also gehört dir über deinen Aufenthalt die ganze Wohnung alleine. Zwei SUP stelle ich für dich bereit zum entspannen auf dem See.
