Datça, İskele mahallesi merkezindeki kumluk plajında bulunan evimiz denize sıfır konumdadır, bina 1 yaşındadır, içi yeni döşenmiştir, kendine ait müstakil girişi vardır, iki katlı evin ikinci katındadır. Binada aynı katta başka bir daire yoktur, balkonundan güneşin doğuşunu ve dolunayı seyretmek çok keyiflidir. Önündeki plaj temiz olup denize gönül rahatlığıyla girilebilir. Alışveriş için hemen 100 m mesafede ana caddede çarşı vardır, çok yakınında (100 m) iki adet ücretsiz açık otopark vardır.

Datça merkeze araçla 2 dk. da ulaşabilmenin yanı sıra, saat başı evimizin önünden geçen yerel toplu taşıma ile de ulaşım sağlamak mümkün.
