Duplex in the Capital Hill Neighborhood! The duplex is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. My home has a recently redone back yard that has a patio with chairs, flowers, and grill. The yard is 420 friendly. Please clean up after yourself. You are renting a home that is my primary residence. There are clothes in the closets and drawers and food in the refrigerator. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
