If you’re looking for a trip to the Isle of Wight by hovercraft or ferry, to hit the shops and restaurants at Gunwharf Quays, a cultural experience at the DDay Museum and Historic Dockyard and much more, it’s all close by. ~30 min drive to Goodwood Motor Circuit, and convenient stop if taking a cruise. Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

Large, light, airy, top floor space which is well equipped and comfortable. The flat comfortably sleeps 4 in king size bed in the bedroom and comfy double sofa bed in the lounge. I have an extra person charge for 3 or more guests. I charge a fee of £10 when 2 guests staying also require sofa bed. WiFi available. The flat is situated in a popular and fashionable area close to Albert Rd. The flat is a 2 minute walk to The Kings Theatre and 15 minute walk to seafront.
