Set back from bustle of Brunswick Street, unwind on the private terrace after a day of exploring & feed the friendly rainbow lorikeets named Claude & Maude. My partner and I lived in this beautiful apartment for 8 years and we love sharing this special place with guests. Public transport to Melbourne City is easy with Ivanhoe railway station just a short 8 min (500m) walk away, meaning you can be in the heart of Melbourne’s bustling sporting, entertainment and dining precincts before you know it!

Private Studio Room in Greensborough

We have a simple and private studio room (with separate entrance) nestled on the side of our home that we do not use, so we decided to make use of the space and give it an opportunity! There is plenty of parking on the road, or if you prefer, there are quieter side streets nearby. Unfortunately, we do not have parking on our property for guests. Pets are welcome for an additional fee (please indicate in your booking). Pets will have access to an enclosed courtyard to keep them safe and secure.

Surrounded by nature this self-contained apartment is 30 minutes by train from Macleod station to the city. Visit local cafes in Macleod village or enjoy a stroll through beautiful Rosanna parklands. Macleod station is a ten minute walk and Latrobe university and Heidelberg medical precinct minutes away. Bright, light and airy and featuring French doors leading onto a courtyard. Nestled next to the main house with separate entrance, courtyard and parking. Not suitable for infants or children.
