Secure cycle storage is available, the area is perfect for on and off-road cycling and we can advise guests on some great routes. My cottage is positioned on the edge of Burtersett, a tiny, tranquil village set away from the main road in the heart of Wensleydale. It has glorious, far-reaching views across the dale from the sitting room, sitting-out area and main bedroom. Just a 20-minute walk across gorgeous meadows to the town of Hawes and the Pennine Way, it is an ideal centre for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. There are walks in all directions from the cottage itself.
