Your apartment will be a stylish 2 b/room apartment, the renovation of the owner's accommodation in an old dairy. You will be a - 5-minute walk to the Coastal Walkway - sunsets over the Hunua Ranges and the historical Burke Street Wharf; - stone's throw from the "Goldmine Experience"; - 10-minute walk to Kuranui Bay; - 10-minute walk to the cafes and Thames Market on Saturday mornings. For cyclists the Coastal Walkway takes you to the Wharf Cafe and access to the Hauraki Rail Trail.

Waihi and Waihi Beach are a 15 minute drive away, and it is a 35 minute drive to Tauranga. You also have the opportunity to pushbike or walk some popular tracks in this area, which are a short drive away. This cabin has lovely rural views, so it’s a perfect 1 or 2 night getaway to enjoy some R & R! And remember "You can check out any time you like, but you may never want to leave!"

Welcome to our private romantic getaway at Hereford Cottage. Located in Whakatiwai, north of Kaiaua with a backdrop of the Hunua ranges. We absolutely love living here and thought we would like to share one of our favourite places with others. We offer a beautiful one-bedroom cottage with a lovely outdoor wood fire tub and a romantic little area with a firepit, nestled in a natural setting with views of a stream, native bush and native birds. There is no internet or TV so you can have a quiet getaway where you can forget the stresses of life & relax. We are on the Kauaeranga Valley Rd close to all the walking tracks, so if you are wanting to walk the tracks during the day & stay with us at night the cabin would be perfect for you.
