It has a spacious open kitchen, living room, laundry room, and master king suite on the main floor, and two queen bedrooms, a full bath, and open desk/workspace upstairs. Located in the heart of Swansboro, NC, it’s just a short walk to downtown and to the Inter Coastal Waterway (ICW). The cottage has a detached two car garage and two covered porches on the front and back. It is pet-friendly with a fenced in backyard.
