The property provides easy access to surrounding areas such as Lee-on-Solent and Portsmouth and is ideally situated for walkers being on the England Coastal path and close to the South Downs Way. It is accessed from its own car parking space via a little path. At the rear, a small stream goes to the sea and a large oak tree provides shelter to birds and a relaxing swing seat.
