Great place to be with a small lake and a big golf course 2 min away (Heritage Golf Links). The neighborhood is extremely quiet, 15-20 min drive to Buckhead & Downtown Atlanta. The apartment is loft type, so in between the living room and bedroom the ceiling is a little bit lower at approximately 6 feet. Please pay attention if you are taller than 6 feet! Take an easy 45 second, walk to the lake in our quite cove and go for an evening canoe, its pretty special. Bring your own boat and tie up at the dock if you prefer. The creek in the back of the home, that flows into Lake Lanier, is lightly active and creates a nice soundtrack for evenings on the back decks.
