Conveniently located an hour from Knoxville, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas & about 45min from Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. We are situated in the middle so you can go either way without a lot of driving. This is an easy stop-over if you are traveling 81 and just need a sweet place to rest in your journey. Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens and goats. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.
