Of course, it passes through great areas in each direction, including Station Square. It's the red line and can be viewed at the Port Authority website. Apartment is in Beechview with good restaurants too!

It is a short walk (.3 miles) from the main drag with coffee shops, restaurants, and more. That is also where you can catch the “T” to Station Square, downtown, the arena, stadium, and ballpark.
