Water is currently full pool (read “Guest Access” info for seasonal water levels). Hot Tub on main house deck open year-round for guests. 2 guests only. Seasonal use of kayak, paddle board, paddle boat, & swim floats on site. Seasonal boat and jet ski rentals available at nearby marinas. Hosts live in main house, but you likely won’t see them.

Experience lakeside living for a laid-back escape when you stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental cottage in Bean Station. Begin your morning sipping freshly brewed coffee on the covered deck while you take in views of the Cherokee Reservoir and plan out your day. If you’re eager to get on the water, bring your own boat or rent one from a nearby marina to spend the day fishing, swimming, and soaking up the sun! A gas grill, a fire pit, and cornhole await your return at the property.

No more than 5 cars allowed due to limited parking and the steep driveway.
