La zona è centralissima, a 50 mt. dalla spiaggia "Costa azzurra", a pochi passi da bar, supermercati, ristoranti e dal lungomare. Parcheggio privato. Nell' alloggio è inclusa una piccola colazione leggera , troverete caffè e brioches. Ospitalità e cortesia.

In a walking distance you will find the following facilities and services: bars and restaurants (during a season), children beach play area (free), water paradise (paid), sports equipment rental (kite and wind surf). The town centre (Monfalcone) is within a 3 km distance.

The apartment has got a beautiful terrace overlooking the well-kept and shaded garden with a bike parking. ALL are welcome in our house, without distinctions, even fury friends.
