Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is located in a Villa constructed in 1902. It was completely renovated in 2012 and refurnished with loving attention to details. The apartment is ideal for small groups and families as well as for individuals. In total, there are four rooms which provide space for six people (two double-beds and one double sleeping-sofa). The beautiful lodging is combined with an older farmhouse, which is located more remote and surrounded by woods and meadows with views of the beautiful Glarus mountains. In this area you can enjoy the tranquillity, as a leisure activity there are many places of interest and sports facilities, such as hiking in the mountains of Amden or on the Speer - King of the Pre-Alps. If the weather is fine, you can enjoy a fantastic view of Lake Constance.

Erlebe in dieser familienfreundlichen Unterkunft besondere Momente! Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Die grosse Liegewiese lädt zum Verweilen hoch über dem Walensee und dem Geniesen der einzigartigen Sicht auf die Churfirsten ein. Die Mittelstation der Flumserberg Seilbahn befindet sich nur 800 Meter entfernt und ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Küche steht auch die Nespresso Maschine, die Mikrowelle und der Geschirrspüler zur Verfügung.

Unsere schöne Unterkunft ist kombiniert mit einem älteren Bauernhof, dieser liegt eher abgelegen und umgeben von Wiese mit Ausblick auf die schönen Glarner Berge. In diesem Gebiet geniessen Sie die Ruhe. Es gibt jedoch auch unglaublich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Wir helfen dir gerne dabei etwas passendes zu finden. Das Studio ist rollstuhlgängig und stufenlos.
