The apartments are on the same property as Arrowhead Self Storage.. The Apartments are not in the same building as the storage, they are simply in the building in front of the units next to the office. The storage Buildings behind close at 9pm and no one has access at night making the apartments private.. These apartments are very nice ,clean, secure

This is one of few places in the Hill country that is 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg and feels like your in the countryside. Its located on 43 acres, offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek out back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and appliances. We do supply coffee, sugar,and cream.
