Basalt's location is convenient to both ends of the Roaring Fork Valley. It is ten-minute walk along the Frying Pan River to downtown Basalt. However, transportation is recommended. We accept pets at the studio, either one large or 2 small; there is a $50 pet fee. Please let us know if you wish to bring yours. We ask that the pet be kennel if left behind while you go out. Obey Town of Basalt's leash and patrol ordinances. Drop cloths provided if they are allowed on furniture.

This charming apartment is situated in the heart of Old Town, Basalt, just one block above the center of town. The RFTA bus stop is downtown for easy transit to Aspen, Highlands and Snowmass ski areas and the surrounding area.
