Located just on the edge of Fruita and close to hiking, biking, and trail riding. A horse corral is available for use during your stay and plenty of trailer parking. A cozy and private suite (ADU) close to downtown Fruita and i-70 exit. The suite has a private entrance with keypad for self check-in. The 1br 1ba suite has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.
