Enjoy the intimate feel of the cottage with cozy rooms and a fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy eating in. Downtown Newaygo has many restaurants and shopping if you want to venture out.

It's time to relax and get away from it all! Enjoy your stay at this cute and clean vintage/retro cottage with plenty of room to sleep up to 5 people. Home is situated on the private channel which leads out to 171 acre all-sports Diamond Lake. 5 Kayaks and 1 SUP board are waiting for you! Charcoal and gas grills. Fire pit (firewood provided)! It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.
