Esta espaciosa casa de vacaciones se encuentra en las afueras de un pequeño y encantador pueblo, cerca de la playa y un pequeño puerto. La playa es ideal para niños, ya que el agua suele ser poco profunda y tranquila. Pocas personas frecuentan la playa, por lo que hay mucho espacio. También es fantástico para largas caminatas por la orilla. Si te apetece algo refrescante, puedes acercarte al puerto, donde un quiosco vende helados y otras delicias, o a un restaurante que ofrece deliciosos platos de pescado. No muy lejos de la casa, encontrarás un bosque con senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta. En el pueblo hay tiendas y restaurantes. Si tienes ganas de una excursión más larga, hay muchas pequeñas ciudades encantadoras, talleres de cerámica y granjas donde puedes recoger frutas y verduras. Si prefieres visitar ciudades más grandes, Skagen está a solo 20 km, Frederikshavn a 20 km y Aalborg a 80 km, con muchas actividades y atracciones para disfrutar. La casa tiene 168 m² y ofrece una experiencia de vacaciones relajante para toda la familia. This house is our magical “summer dream” and we hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do 💗 It’s the perfect setting for a great family holiday. Only a 5 min. walk to the beach down a lovely path and just a few minutes driving to Ålbæk town and 20 min. to Skagen. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, activity room, open kitchen and dining space and livingroom as well as a terrace with a garden around it with a playground and sandbox. It also has a sauna, outdoor bath and wood-fired hot tub.

Hyggelig nyrenoveret lejlighed i egen afdeling på charmerende landsted centralt i Vendsyssel. Uanset om du lejer ét eller to værelser deles lejligheden ikke med andre gæster. Nyd freden, naturen og dyrelivet på grunden med stier og hyggekroge. Mange vandreruter og Hærvejen er i umiddelbar nærhed. Med 6 minutter til E45 er stedet egnet som udgangspunkt for oplevelser i Vendsyssel.

OBS: Ved afrejse betales 788 kr. for slutrengøring. Sengetøj er obligatorisk og koster 180 kr. pr. person. Derudover afregnes forbrug af el, vand og varme efter faktisk forbrug. Lækker feriebolig på 72 m² i Skagen Strand, kun 800 m fra stranden. Huset har sydvendt terrasse, og feriecentret byder på mange aktiviteter for både børn og voksne. Blandt andet badeland med både wellness og vandrutsjebane.

Attraktivt helårshus for kort eller længere leje

Dejligt nyt og moderne hus midt i Gærum tæt på Frederikshavn. Huset består af stort køkken/alrum, rummelig stue, 4 soveværelser samt 2 dejlige badeværelser. Til huset hører en stor lys have og gode parkeringsmuligheder. Du lejer hele huset og jeg vil således ikke bo på adressen, når du er der. Jeg er dog i området, såfremt du skulle have nogle spørgsmål. Huset er velegnet til kørestolsbruger.
