Hyggelig villa centralt placeret i Dragør. Villaen er beliggende tæt på både vand, by, offentlig transport, Københavns Lufthavn og København Centrum. Villaens hjerte, som er køkken-alrummet, er nyrenoveret og med direkte udgang og udkig til husets rummelige have. Villaen rummer 4 sovepladser fordelt i to værelser (se fotos af daybed). Der er mulighed for at medbringe madrasser til husets sidste værelse eller telt til haven. Haven indeholder stenterasse hvor bl.a. en gasgrill er placeret.

Spacious and cosy family villa close to everything

Large spacious childrenfriendly villa with magnificent garden situated in a quiet charming nabourhood. Perfect for big families with play opportunities for children (our children are 8 and 12). Our favorite spot is the huge terrace and outdoorkitchen where we make barbecue dinners. The house has 5 large bedrooms and is 5 minutes walk to the metro and the center of vanløse, where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities. You can get to the center of Copenhagen in 15 min.

Fantastic house in 1. row to the water and beach

Property in the first row to the sea, 4 beds, free parking, electric car charger, a Spirii GO app is required to charge, quiet road, close to Copenhagen. Hvidovre Strandpark is close by. Here you will find, among other things, a child-friendly beach, a large green area, a marina and small, nice restaurants. Several good golf courses nearby, Royal Golf Club, Copenhagen Golf Club. Tivoli in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by train. ZOO in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by bus 4A.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. Letbane start i Oktober måned og 9 min. går afstand til Letbane station.
