Le gîte est plein de charme et entièrement équipé, pour accueillir 6 personnes Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Le gîte se trouve au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur Le gite se trouve dans un des plus beaux villages de la route des vins, à 10 min de Colmar, dans le centre historique de kaysersberg. Les réservations sont possibles pour quelques jours, 1 semaine, 1 mois, ... Le tarif est à partir de 2 nuits minimum : possibilité de se garer aux abords du gite. Découvrez le charme d'un appartement en duplex, entièrement rénovée. Avec un balcon vue sur le château. L' appartement de 100 m2, très lumineux est situé au TROISIÈME ÉTAGE de la maison, SANS ASCENSEUR Capacité six personnes. Cuisine équipée : Plaque de cuisson, four et micro-ondes – hotte - cafetière, réfrigérateur, appareil à raclette, barbecue électrique,pierrade, lave vaisselle,presse orange électrique. Salle de bain : douche à l'italienne, sèche cheveux. Laverie : lave linge, sèche linge, étendoir à linge. Coin bureau Chambre 1 : lit double 160 cm Chambre 2 : lit double 160cm Chambre 3: 2 lits simple 80cm possibilité de les coller pour faire un lit double de 160cm. Pièce de vie : canapé, 3 fauteuils, une grande télévision, un lecteur DVD, jeux de sociétés. Les draps et serviettes sont compris dans le prix. Un chèque de caution vous sera demandé et rendu à votre départ si pas de dégradation ou de casse. Si vous souhaitez nous pouvons mettre à votre disposition un lit parapluie et une chaise haute. Les propriétaires seront vous accueillir chaleureusement dans leur gîte spacieux confortable et soigné , vous offrant toutes les garanties d'un séjour agréable. Au départ de nombreux circuits de randonnées, à 15 kms des pistes de ski du Lac Blanc et des crêtes vosgiennes, proche de Colmar, Strasbourg et des villages typiques alsaciens, Kaysersberg est aussi très réputée pour son authentique Marché de Noël, qui commence la dernière semaine de novembre. Tout le logement. Nous sommes présent pour améliorer votre séjour et vous apportez toute informations touristique. Je suis à votre écoute de 8h à 18h, si vous souhaitez des informations quelconques. Bien sur tout au long du séjour et à n'importe qu'elle heure pour les urgences. Le quartier est un quartier typiquement alsacien avec ses maisons à colombages. Ce qui renforce son charme ce sont les nombreuses boutiques d'artisans (boulangers, pâtissiers, bouchers) qui se trouvent autour du logement. Les enfants apprécieront également la tour médieval de l'ancien château qui surplombe le village et le protège. Il y a un parking à proximité immédiate du logement et des lignes de bus assurent un transport régional régulier. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. The house provides a great base to explore the greater region and places like Avignon, Arles, the Luberon, Mount Ventoux, etc.

Live a laid back Parisian lifestyle in this classic French architecture home. The residence features exposed beam cathedral ceilings reminiscent of a ship's hull, a large skylight, a street view balcony, tasteful chic furnishings, and an open lounge. There is a Vélib station (byclicle rental) right in front of the building entrance. Don't be afraid, it is at the 5th floor without lift. It is very frequent in the typical Parisian buildings.
