The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

A venti minuti da Siena e immerso nella Val di Merse, il nostro casale in pietra antica è dislocato su tre livelli, si compone di due ampie camere, un grande soggiorno con camino e wi-fi, una cucina accessoriata e due bagni e può ospitare fino a 6 adulti e 1 bebè. Accettiamo un animale domestico o, previa richiesta, più di uno. Gli ospiti sono tenuti al pagamento dell’imposta di soggiorno per € 1,00 a notte per ogni ospite di età superiore ai 12 anni per un massimo di 6 notti.

beautiful independent apartment with private entrance. Its name "Suite" comes from our work of restoration of an ancient farmhouse from the XVIIIth century. We have preserved all the original materials of construction with great care. The entrance consists of a large glass door with access to the kitchen: this is elegant and spacious with a beautiful fireplace on the left. Climbing the 11 steps, there is the bedroom with canopy bed and air-conditioning.
