It's ideal for remote workers as it is spacious with all the amenities and the equipment for every day life. Fast and free wifi ,a wonderful terrace for relax as also for work.

Nelly's Dream

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Aelion Sun is the ground floor apartment of Aelion Villas. It is a 90mm2, fully equipped apartment with unlimited view of the Aegean Sea capable of hosting up to sixr people. It has one bedroom with quin sized bed and one bedroom with two single beds, a large bathroom with shower, jacuzzi for for six people and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also sun beds for enjoying the view comfortably, washing machine, dish-washer, Wi-Fi, certified drinking water system, air conditioning and parking.

Η έμπνευση του ονόματος τους προήλθε από το χαϊδευτικό της γιαγιάς της οικογένειας μας, η οποία διέμενε εκεί και φημιζόταν για το πλούσιο ταπεραμέντο της! Κύριος σκοπός, μας είναι να προσφέρουμε στους φιλοξενούμενούς μας ένα ζεστό περιβάλλον με λυτό στυλ, που να εναρμονίζεται με τον τόπο και να προσφέρει όλα τα απαιτούμενα για μια άνετη διαμονή.

Μονοκατοικία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη σε παραθαλάσσια περιοχή με ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα, ανάμεσα σε δύο υπέροχες παραλίες του νησιού μας τον Άγιο Ρωμανό και την Απηγανια!!Φανταστική θέα!!!!Στην παραλία του Αγίου Ρωμανού υπάρχει πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο αλλά και από μονοπάτι (5 λεπτά) και διαθέτει οργανωμένο beach bar, ταβέρνα και καφετέρια.Η παραλία της Απηγανιας είναι παρθένα, μη οργανωμένη και έχει πρόσβαση μόνο από μονοπάτι (5-10λεπτα)!!Διατίθεται θέση στάθμευσης εντός της ιδιοκτησίας.
