Hill House Private Entry Suite - No Cleaning Fee

Cleaned and sanitized with no cleaning fees added to your cost! Your suite (375 square feet) is at the front of our house with a pvt. entry living room, a small bedroom with a big bed and a double sofa bed. There is a window seat with a view, your own bathroom, a small kitchenette with dishes, wifi, TV, microwave, etc. You get the driveway. Power outlet on front porch. We have a small dog. WE LIVE IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE WITH A LOCKING DOOR BETWEEN US. PLEASE READ ALL INFO BEFORE BOOKING!

TWO dedicated parking spaces in our private lot. Plenty of space to spread out and a living/dining room with lots of seating. Big screen tv and a loft with pool table. When the weather is nice feel free to enjoy the back deck and beautiful view of the park. Close to shopping, restaurants, festivals and tourist excursions.
