The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Cottage La Vita for up to 6 guests's a welcoming home set in a quiet neighborhood of Siena. Perfect base for Siena centre, Chianti wine area, with Castellina in Chianti only 20 minutes on a panoramic drive. Florence and Montepulciano within 1 hour and San Gimignano 30 minutes. The cottage is part of our estate where we also live with our adult children and dogs that we keep in our fenced garden at the rear of the building. We highly value our guests privacy but we are available for any need.

Situata sulle colline del Chianti a circa 8 km dal centro storico di Siena, a pochi minuti di macchina dal policlinico delle Scotte e dalla clinica Rugani, facilmente raggiungibile dall'uscita Siena Nord della superstrada Siena - Firenze, la Casina del Castagno è ricavata da un annesso agricolo di fronte ad un fienile toscano abitato dai proprietari. E' l'ideale per chi desidera visitare luoghi di interesse artistico ma non vuole rinunciare a momenti di relax nella quiete della campagna.

Virgi House

Virgi House is a 160 sqm villa, located 3 km far from Siena’s hystorical center. The villa is distributed over three floors. On the first one there is a double bedroom with bathroom and terrace, a large open space living room, a modern kitchen and a bathroom. Downstairs a double bedroom (or 2 single beds), a large bathroom, a study and a bright living room with a loggia from which you can access the private car park and the garden. The property also provides free wifi, air conditioning.

Sant'Ilaria it’s been lovingly renovated in 2016 into a luxury getaway in the countryside near Siena, with its 2 bedrooms it's the ideal escape. Watch the sun move across the landscape from a lounger by the pool and relax watching the amazing landscape in a total privacy. After sunset, heat up the barbecue for dinner at the al-fresco table or have a glass of local wine. This small and private villa has 2 bedrooms, all have private en-suite bathrooms.
