Das Chalet befindet sich auf einer Seehöhe von 1720 m, verfügt über eine Sauna und ist ganzjährig mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für Sommerurlauber gibt es Wander-und Mountainbikemöglichkeiten. Der Ossiachersee ist mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.Im Winter befindet man sich mitten im Schigebiet Gerlitzen. Der Sessellift der Wörtherseeabfahrt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Schitouren oder Schneeschuhwanderungen entlang der beschneiten Schipisten oder im Wald werden gerne unternommen.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Gorgeous Chalet is located on the quiet and all-day sunny side of Lake Bled. You will have needed privacy and a really peaceful vacation (very close to the lake and beautiful nature that surrounds the house). Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
