We welcome most Pets to join you, offering an adjacent secure yard. If inside we ask they are not left inside alone , sit on the couches / beds and when outside, animals must be on lead as our farm animals are near by. Enjoy beautiful rural outlooks from this two bedroom off-grid retreat, located 20 min from Kyneton or 1hr 15min from Melbourne. The house is situated on a farm, covering 106 acres. There are sheep and plenty of wildlife - kangaroos, wombats and echnidas. With a fully equipped kitchen, and open plan dining and living areas, every window is appointed to capture the views. Large entertaining deck with outdoor dining table and fire pit. The property also boasts a tennis court with basketball ring.
