This is a lush penthouse in the Quant Building and a lovely home for me and my son, so please do not expect those airbnb types with no life in them! My stuff is in it. So expect a fully equipped kitchen but also a place where you will share my space during your stay.

Our house is a warm, welcoming & spacious family home. We have just finished refurbishment / extension and we are really proud of the space we have created. Conveniently located, you are 4-5 minutes away from tube (central line), overground and any shops you’d need. The area and street is quiet, with large park (Wanstead Flats, part of Epping forest) at the end of the street. We have a very friendly cat, who would need to be fed during our absence, with the occasional cuddle.

Restoring the unused farm buildings has been a labour of love for us, and we wanted to make sure that we provided unique accommodation whilst maintaining the history of the buildings. The farm is a working one, so guest will be able to relax and enjoy the country setting, as well as get to know our animals. At just over a mile or a 20 minute walk, Epping Tube station brings Central London and it’s vibrant West End into play. If preferred a local taxi ride is just 5 minutes and currently costs around £7.50 or there is also a bus stop nearby.
