It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. With the overwhelming interest of The Penthouse, which is also on the property, we are excited to offer The Cottage as our next great place to stay in Ellensburg. Originally built in 1930, we have recently remodeled the space. The Cottage is a close walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds. We offer a full kitchen, double-headed shower and wonderful outdoor spaces complete with BBQ and outdoor lighting. The Cottage offers an abundance of natural light and custom touches to enjoy.

A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. This secluded riverfront home is the perfect home to enjoy central Washington. Located just 10 minutes from Ellensburg, the "Yakima River Ranch" offers opportunities for fishing, rafting, hiking, swimming and biking as well as sight-seeing opportunities in nearby Roslyn to the west and the Yakima Valley wineries to the south.
