We're close to multiple independent restaurants, & bars, shops, and beautiful Sloans Lake. And, we're a quick 20 minute drive to the foothills if you want to escape the city.

This area borders Empower Field at Mile High stadium, home of the Denver Broncos football team (less than 5 minute walk). Ideal for a night or short stay, No 3rd-party bookings, Clean & Sober Living no drugs/alcohol/parties. Must be 21+ ID checked—book for a simple, calm stay!

Lakewood Guesthouse

4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.
