Come and enjoy a little piece of paradise! While staying at the cozy Beach Shack you will enjoy easy access to the beach, river, shops, restaurants, bars and so much more!! You are provided with his and her beach cruisers, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler for your enjoyment. Directly across the street you can launch your kayaks or paddle boards into the beautiful Callilisa Creek and enjoy manatee and dolphin sightings and all the beauty it has to offer! Must be 21 years of age or older.

This bright, breezy seaside studio features a private balcony with a stunning direct oceanfront view from the room and balcony. This studio is ideal for families or up to 4 guests with included bedding (2 queen beds). This unit is in DBR building but not operated like a resort. NOTE: All amenities are closed! Due to previous hurricane damages, the resort amenities such as pools, spa/gym are temporarily closed. Therefore the prices are extremely low for a beachfront studio with balcony view.

Bedroom has its own bathroom and living room has its own so no disturbing your kids or friends at night time. Oceanfront complex and my condo has a nice side view of ocean from my 5th floor private balcony also from front door. 2 pools one is heated!

Share the quiet backyard and pool with your hosts. Half was between Disney & the beaches. 12 years & older only. Sofa extends to a single bed. Minutes from Interstate-4. NOT a heated pool. Wheelchairs are fine. Driveway Entry gate 39"- Breezeway to Ramp entrance 32"- Slider Entrance 33"-Bedroom door 35"-Shower (no step) 35"-Laundry 32"-Closet 35"-Queen bed 29"-standard cabinets. We are not Handicap Certified but most wheelchair guests have not had issues. Grab bars are in the bathroom.

The space center & Orlando theme parks are 1.5hr from your front door.
