We are located in the heart of the Brisbane Valley only 1H drive from Brisbane and 30min from Ipswich. Only 3min drive from Fernvale town ship, build on quiet country side surrounding . Our Hut is self contained accommodation in a fully renovated 100 years old Corn Shed. Decorate old Australiana goods around the building, unique Australian outback feel. We will provide the breakfast hamper include Cereal, Bread, Eggs, Milk, Butter, Jam, Coffee & Tea. You will enjoy a relaxing time with us.

We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. We can also provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.

The Mouses House Retreat is a hidden gem in a truly enchanted rainforest. Within an hour of arriving you will feel any stress disappear, replaced with peace, tranquility & being at one with nature. Your accommodation consists of one of three (3) private Rainforest Spa chalets : Sneezy, Dopey or Happy chalets. Ask about our Luxury level chalets with extra outside private Hot Tub. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds.
