Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept One bedroom, one bath lower level retreat. (Basement apartment). Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, small fenced side yard, patio and deck w/ seating.

Enjoy the view from your private balcony, soak in the hot tub in the shared courtyard like patio, or step out the door and hike the M. You'll be steps away from Higgins Ave! The Wilma: 7 blocks, Missoula Art Museum 3 blocks, Grizzly Stadium and University of Montana: 8 blocks. The apartment features a well appointed gourmet kitchen if you're staying awhile or love to cook.

Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.
