We have designed the apartment with our guests' comfort in mind and it has been ideally equipped for both business and pleasure guests. There is free parking, a flat screen smart TV, free unlimited WI-FI along with lots of other little touches to help make your stay as welcoming and convenient as possible. Round The Bend which is maintained to a high level sits within the heart of the very quiet village Odcombe. The Masons Arms pub is just a short walk away, serving real ales and food. Brympton House which hosts many weddings and events is just over a mile away making us the perfect location. Also neighbouring Odcombe is the lovely village of Montacute which boasts the beautiful National Trust owned Montacute House. The King's Arms pub which is also in Montacute serves great food and real ale.

"Rex the Bus" is unique, fun and just a little bit quirky. This double decker bus has been converted to the highest standard and connected to mains electricity, water and drainage. Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside from the windows, watch the sunrise from your double bed or cabin bunk bed. Heating and a wood-burner will keep you warm and snug, whilst the kitchen area provides plenty of space to cook up a delicious meal. There is a shower downstairs and a loo and basin upstairs.

Fjell Hytte: a little piece of Norway in Somerset. Beautifully crafted, heated by woodburner and offering enchanting views, this cosy shepherd's hut is away from everyone in its very own secluded wild paddock, only a mile from the village pub, shop and post office. Entertainment is by way of board games, books, and a portable DVD player. The hut has an en suite with hot water, shower, toilet, and basin. Gaze at the stars and enjoy the fire pit while snuggling up together. A real escape.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The Dairy - Spacious & Stylish with Tennis Court

The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.

Wagtails is located in Sandford Orcas in a quiet location close to the market town of Sherborne it is a detached 2 bedroom county cottage/Lodge that has recently been lovingly renovated and decorated through with all mod Cons. fully central heated, Country Walks in all directions, you can sit and listen to the wildlife hear the dawn chorus, I have been watching the deer and the owls in the field opposite recently,
