We own a spacious 5-bedroom house on a 1460 m2 plot in the charming Durbanville Aurora area, just 1 km away from the nearest wine estate. Our property is enclosed by a boundary wall with a remote-controlled security gate, ensuring secure parking. It's an ideal family home, designed with children in mind, but we have a policy against noise and gatherings. Our home is best suited for families, and we kindly request that any gatherings or visits by large groups of relatives be arranged in advance.

The neighbourhood is safe and family oriented. All major attractions i.e. beaches, Cape Town city and wine routes are within a 30-40min drive. Please understand, this is our home - filled with many personal belongings we happily share. Kindly treat it with respect. Regrettably no parties allowed. Thank you.

It has all the bells and whistles in terms of internet,wi fi , cable TV , webber gas braai, great outdoor areas to chill and of course a pool . There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .
